This week we have made a canva poster about malala, we have worked in a Reading groups and also we had a guided reading Doc to finish, a Guided reading Doc is where you get questions to awnser and you write your predictions of what malala would say in her speech, we had to use one of malala key mesagges, Empower other with the weapon of knowledge, That was one of Malala Key Messages, Her Message was talking about all woman should have rights to learn and that woman should stand up and speak for themself, I felt that phrase powerful and she used her expressions to show her passion towards her speech.

we read the text Once a Panther and we were asked to create a comic strip in groups, (Group 3A) that depicts a scene related to the ideas of prejudice, justice and legal rights against the politics, or taking a stand in today’s world using thought bubbles or dialogue that explains the image and what happend during the Dawn Raids. Something I found interesting about this challenge was The Polynesian Panther stood together as one like family and they didn’t back down towards the Politics.

Term 2 week 3 we learned about ww1 and the anzac also we visted the amzaing website called Walking with ANZAC. we explored hami grace dairy and it was awesome. Many young soldier were wouned/Killed In actions and if yo were a mother of a young soldier who wouned you will get a note telling you what happend.

We used Google Vids to record our diary entries. I enjoyed using this as it allowed me to Paint a picture in my mind and to make more conecction with anzac,  Something I found interesting about this task was we alot of distrtive words. 

LI: To create an infographic that tells others about the migration of the kuaka.

Something interesting I found out about the Kuaka was They Fly around the mid Octember to the late September. From this DLO I can see Their are many facts about the kuaka bird and their intesting facts about them

LI: To use Google My Maps to show the migratory flight path of the Kuaka.

This week our task was to make a DLO Using my map to see how far from alaska to Nz. TheKuaka Can Fly over 11’6oo Kilometers And They can fly that far because they have a type of diet that makes them bulk up and they shred. The always have stop to refuel their body with insections and that gives them energy.

One intresting fact is Around 80,000 to 100,000 Kuaka arrive in New Zealand each year, from late September.

Today we leard about Ordering Numbers in Reading it was so fun but really hard for me.This is my work
